Swissotel Chicago is perfectly located, near everything you want to see in Chicago. Surrounded by museums, great restaurants and all transportation modes. I was there for work for five days and it felt like home. They have a fantastic gym and friendly employees. My favorite was Roberto, the bartender. It was nice to chat with him at the end of the day and enjoy a delicious salad or smash burger! Hope to go back soon!

Derrick Thomas the housekeeping manager helped us a lot with our kids. When we needed a crib he brought it up right away, and was always ready to do anything else we needed. Overall he made it a great stay and the hotel was very nice. Thank you, Derrick!!

Derrick Thomas brought me my toothpaste in lighting speed. Great customer service! Hotel room is very comfortable as well. Very comfortable beds and nice room. The view is amazing and the bathrooms are very clean. I Would definitely come back.

Just returned from a lovely long weekend in Chicago and stayed at Swissotel. Room was a little small but clean, quiet with a great view of river and lake. Hotel was in an excellent location!.Loved that it was slightly removed from hubbub but well situated so that we could walk everywhere… and we did! Didn’t really have much interaction with hotel staff but check in/ out was easy and quick. Would stay again!

The hotel is very nice and neat. Staff are friendly. Received an upgrade to a corner room for being a member. The views from my room were awesome. The location was perfect. I pretty much walked to most destinations. Highly recommend this hotel.
